Well guys, it is that time of the year again....
The US Summer Holidays

The normal chain of events that occur during the American Summer holidays is that around the two to three week mark, the post counts soar. Members begin to get short tempered around week 3 to 4 and it is reflected in the arguments that occur around this time. I believe that a combination of unacceptably late nights with no sleep, the ensuing frustration due to tired short tempers, and the need to vocalize their sleep deprived annoyances, leads to hostility and plenty of nasty accusations being cast everywhere.
Stay on your toes gentlemen, if you are forced to take action, be swift, firm and stand by your decisions. Each member's profile has a section for Staff notes (only staff can read them), use this to record the crime and the punishment given.
Make plenty of posts here in the staff section, so we can back each other up if needed. The more detailed the records we keep, the less damage can be done to us when a disgruntled member takes a shot at us for simply doing our job.
