Slings Staffroom clean up

Sorry Skel, things were getting to messy and I felt the need to tidy up and organize things. I hope you don't mind.

I have created a few extra boards to deal with the server and forum operation. I hope this will make finding the necessary bits and pieces easier.

If you have any ideas to improve this, or things to add, please let me know..Remember, I'm wanting to keep it really simple and not over the top.
