ghcsxyfrg and asexyfrog have the same IPs and it looks to me that this one is just being an idiot. Now that I know what to do - I'll take this one...

What I normally do is look at both accounts, and see which one has been used less. That on will be the account that gets closed down.
What the normal course of action is, is to see if the account has posts to its name, and if so look at them and see if they can be removed without changing the threads they are posted in. If the posts cannot be removed, the account shouldn't be deleted. Instead scroll down to the bottom of the account's profile and select suspend account, and don't add a time frame.
Suspending the account will allow the holder to access the second account,without any issues that are caused by banning the account (ie. Same IP results in 2 accounts being banned.....), and if the account was deleted and had posts remaining in the forum, the posts would appear as white guest accounts instead of active members.
Skel wants us to avoid the white tagged guest posts.......
