A Warning that is placed by your name or avatar, is to alert you of a violation of the forum rules. This is mostly intended for the members who are not active on a regular basis and repeat offenders. Maybe you didn't know about the rules and it is time to read them. Hopefully this can be taken care of with just a personal message before the warning goes in place.
