If you go to the quick link index (Click Here), you can find a section in the index which has a few modding tips and links to tools... There is a lot of information in the modding section of this forum too.. If you read through a few pages of threads, you will find basically everything you will need to mod a map...From tutorials on using HHT and HMT, to tutorials on PMI injecting.....If you still can't work it out, there are a few gun modders here that you can PM and ask for help... I'm thinking of making a contact list for modding help. This list will have the names of members that know about modding maps and are available for helping people 1 on 1 via the PM system. It will be in the form of a sticky in the modding section, and have a link to it in the quick link section. Members, if you are willing to lend a hand, please make yourself known (PM me with your interest), and I'll start up a sticky thread and list all of the available modders names, for easy contacting. This hopefully will make it a little easier for those who want to start modding to be able to get good help. Thanks in advance for your interest |

i looked but counldnt find where 2 find the software. could u give me a better idea of where i can find it like any websites and when u get the software does it come with any word or notepad that tells you how 2 work the program? note: i admit that im a little impacient

Halo Map tool is here, which was found in the quick link section under the title " Where can I get HMT and how do I use it??" It is down near the bottom of the thread, just skip down to the post and click on the link. Also this thread has a link to some modding tools and tutorials There is a whole lot more to find in the "Modders Corner" section of the forum. You can get to it thrugh the Forum's home page. All you need to do is be a little patient and do some reading...Which you will have to do to get the tools working properly... Good luck.. |
