how many songs do you have on your computer...and what type of music do you like?

I have around 400 and climbing every day or so, as I add more to my to listen to list!

cool...if i ever get another HD hooked up to my computer and get one of my programs to download big files ill have more then 2000 by the the end of the year...but my 2 other freinds have like 3000+ songs on their computers and still increasing it.

I don't have very many songs on my 'puter right now because it's still pretty new and if I ever want to listen to something I usually just use a CD.

But if I ever do listen to something it's along the lines of Cradle of Filth, White Zombie (though not often), and a little Abaddon incarnate. So basically Death/Black metal.

Also just recently austinenator (I think that's his name on the forums) got me listnening to Aphex Twin and supergrass.

I hardly listen to music cds anymore, all of its on the computer, then then i plug into my nice stereo and annoy the neighbours! I play burnt cds in the car, but they are allways getting scratched, so in the not to distant future i am going to invest in an iPod with a fm transmitter! No more cds!!!!!!!
Well at the moment i have 20.91 Gb of music! 95% of them are full albums, but i have another folder if half albums which take up 4.44 gb
The 20.91 gb that i listen to = 3785 songs and over 100 albums, i havent counted the albums in a while, but ill do a check eventually!

I have now put every song in my playlist, so now i have lots of uncompleted albums which i need to fix up. But anyway the totaly amount of songs i have now is 4403!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have a whole lot of songs on my computer, only the few I rip from CDs to put on my small 64 mb mp3 player. I don't need an ipod enough to go out and buy one.

I listen to a lot of Linkin Park, I have every album of their thats on the public market. Aside from them I listen to whatever's on the radio

I've got 1050 songs on my Mac. About half of them I got off of iTunes and the other half I got off of Limewire. Limewire is my friend. I like it. It makes me happy.

wow didnt realize so many people have alot of songs or almost the ones who posted...but anyways only thing i would have to fix on mine would opening ports for a torrent site so i could download full albums instead of using limewire to download certain songs...and also i need a new HD so i dont run out of space [p.s] im only 8gb free on my HD.

Do a bit of a clean up on your hard drive then....

I have a 120gig hard drive, had only 10 gig left, so I decided to clean it up..

Anything I didn't touch in the last 3 months I removed, or backed up to disc
You know what.....I now have almost 90 gig free!

Easy...just junk the things you have not touched i the last 3 months or so....you will be amazed as to how much space you will open up!
