Here is a tutorial for ppf patch making included in this zip file. This is someone elses tut that I found so I dont take credit. The tutorial is the pictures included 1-8.
THe Zip file includes PPF-O-Matic for applying the patches and also includes PPF-Studio 1.0, the program for creating the patches.
