i made this slight skin, and now ice fields looks like bloodgulch!

LMAO thats awsome. You can mod halo in ways that benifit you, like when i modded the sniper trails to be blue so that i can see were people are shooting ;D

Awesome skin Aero #thumb# Would modding in ways that benefit you in a greater way be considered cheating? Like, when you have skel's mod in the map folder while playing unmodded you still get the 8x pistol zoom I don't want the discussion to get away from Aero, I just had a thought

Anyways, Aero maybe you should do the reverse and do a snow skin for blood gulch

Having this skin to me would be a disavantage. Icefields is white and you can see the players better. This is why alot of the grass maps have dirt and sand. Heck, edit the ground dds and add paths and stuff.

If you use a paint program, use the seamless tiling on the walls. It will get rid of the plad look. Grass looks cool!

yea im going to try to do bloodgulch now, but its confusing because i cant find the ground dds

well im not sure whats its actually named but if you browse all the bitmaps dds files look for something that looks like grass/sand/dirt....etc and then edit those your paint program

It's levels/..../blood ground. Be aware of the alpha mask it has and also save it as a DX3. You already know this right. #thumb#

You already given up on the Icefields one? Switch the cliffs out with Death or Danger cliffs.
