as Blue, run through the tunnel, jump down, whip out pistol for dudes on the hill, back to rifle, get to the base, pistol out for inside, take flag and back through tele.
Or get on the ledge watching the cave and the field at the same time, you can control the game here unless you get someone from both areas at once

I have a translation if some people don't understand

When you are on blue team you run through the tunnel and jump down. Then you take your pistol out and blow everyone on the hill away. Get your sniper back out and get to the Red base. When you get in the Red base get your pistol out and kill everyone in the base. Then you get the flag and run through the tele. Or your other option is to get on the Red team ledge watching the cave and the field as you run for your life.

I have found some better ways, though i do keep them to myself.
