having trouble getting the software

yeah skelito i looked at one of the dedicated server links you posted in another thread but i couldnt find the right link to download it and also like when i open up my own server just to play around in them and someone comes in i dont know why i cant kick people with me just controlling my own server. but it keeps saying something about a client or something that sounds like it would say that.
