I have just set up my dedi server but am haveing a problem. When i hit start game it says server rejected: you client is newer than your sever. Something like that. I thried each version and followed all the steps for the console and i dident do anything wrong. Can someone plz help me???

you need the update to the dedicated console...version 1.07 and i think one of the threads here has that in there so...use the search option and look for it..

I did what u said, i went back and got version 1.07. Now when i click on start game it says unable to join game. Do you know what I might be doing wrong now??
Do I need to download the dedicated server maps?

no you dont need to download the maps you will have to change the port numbers on settings from the halo menu when you first start the game.

What do I change it to? Which port do I change the server or the client change the top port from xxxx to 2301 i think and the bottom to xxxx to 2304 |
