Multiple servers (Help Please)

I would like to run multiple server, actually I am. But What I am trying to do is to create "Custom Game Variants" for each server. I.E on one I would have all the vehicles on another no vehicles on a third only chosen vehicles.

My problem is that all the "Custom Game Variants" want to be executed from the SAME directory. I thought I read soemwhere on how to use the INIT>TXT filr to point to specified locations. But I cant find it.

Can anyone tell me?
