alot of bans in my server

yeah i notices that alot of people have been getting banned from my server and i would like to know what the heck is going on i have my stuff set so teammates cannot be harmed my weapons and explosives from other teammates... and i would like to know what is going on. i just got like 9 more people on my banned list and i dont know why.

Sounds like they are getting autobanned. Make sure friendly fire is off and add this to your init.txt file.

sv_tk_ban 4
sv_tk_cooldown 5m
sv_tk_grace 3s

They are using some pretty powerful weaps! ;D

The only way you can TK is to melee someone in the back wit the sniper rifle.

ok what ever it is i want everyone to stop tk banning and that i will not alot it. but now i have the settings from what skelito gave me for 4 tk's till ban but i still want no one to tk their own team and get banned for it.

You arent gona get ppl to stop tk killin and gettin banned so you are gona have to #bash# it into them. Thats why there are server rules for Skelito's server. It takes a while for them to get it into their thick skulls.

yeah i actually just for my server and that i will having the tk ban set at 6 i think just so the people could have a chance to stop and play instead of betraying.

Oh, bad move with 6. This benefits the TK'er and not the players. The default is 3 which works great in a normal server. Because the guys tend to forget about the close combat aspect on the smaller maps, I had to bump it up to 4.

I noticed also that some players that didnt tk got banned because one noob shot them at point blanc with the sniper rifle and killed themselves but the game some how counts it against the wrong person.
