trying to unban and set ban penalties

yeah i just got home from some stuff at my school and my halo dedicated told me that someone was banned from my server and i tryed to unban the player but i dont know what the console says when i unban someone and also i would like to know how to set my own penalties for the server.

To unban, first find the client number you want. Type in
sv_banlist find the name and the number next to it. Then type:
sv_unban #

yeah im still having a little trouble skelito its kinda confusing i might have to work on it a little bit more.
