server down again

ok...some may know my server has been down or hasnt seen it in the lobby...well im having problems again with my router/internet and also i tried to reinstall the dedicated server software and supposedly i have the updated version but it doesnt read from my .txt file on my desktop and im trying to figure that out but if anyone could help i would appreciate it. #bash#

Are you sure u copied it to ur folder(if u have one)? It never works unless they're in the same folder i don't think my good man. Well I hope this will clear things out!

yea, wen u download the updated versions u got to download it in a seperate folder, then copy and paste it into ur halo server file, it will replace ur old file
