I see no skins?

I dont see any skins when I play halo, everytime I play I just see a plain old grey spartan, but in the unofficial tutorial they all are blue and other colors what not, and not for me. Whenever I play in my server or anybody else's.

This one is easy! You need a new graphics card. There are alot of threads here and on other forums about this.
