More dedicated server help.....

I tried out my dedicated server today and I have a problem. When my server is up and I have 3 or more people on every bodys ping goes up around 1500/2000 and it starts to lagg. After the lagging has started I loose connection to the internet and it quits every body of my server(I have AOL). Does any one know what I should/can do to stop this.

Dude, That question has been answered at least 4 or 5 times here already...USE RCON

FFS, stop being a lazy kid and read the support threads and for the answer...it is not that hard to do...give it a try!
