well for started you need
A. HMT 3.5 so you can get the bitmap skins to edit
B. have either paint shop pro or other painting programs
C. a bmp > dds converter but if you have paint shop pro there is a plugin which you can download...but if you dont have that PM me and ill send you a link to something else.

Somebody should just make a skinning tutorial for all the new modders well i'm not a new modder (DOWNLOAD MY SIDEWINDER MOD) i just wanted to know how to change the skins |
