Swearing profusely, and saying he has the Rcon password for Skelito's server.

The swearing part is enough to get a person kicked or banned if it offends anyone. The occasional swear word can be tolerated, in my opinion, until such point as someone asks/tells the person to stop. Then it must stop.

The part about saying that he has the RCON password or that he's Skelito's friend/cousin, first-born son, whatever, is laughable. People are always claiming that. I have to admit, it's been a while since I've witnessed it, but it does happen. Just ignore the noob and keep playing. This really isn't a bannable offense (unless done in conjunction with the swearing one above).

I'm sure the various rcon admins will be on the look out for him.

Umm ok your welcome, but why did I get a warning bar? I didnt post any unsolicited comments. I just used the ** in place of letters thats it. But nvm that.

Ok mates thanks for hearing me out here, and I really hope Apoc is on here. He can tell you how bad he was swearing. ( it was every other sentence, or word.)
