How do you change a vehicles name if it possible. Thats kind of a good question. Because some mods that add vehicals or wepons have no name. When you go up to them it will say press__<enter sting entry>......Or something like that, so I assume that they have no name. And maybe its possible to change the name. |

The question is: Why would you want to...aren't the names are cool enough...? yes they are but wat if i wanted to change a vehicle (like make the hog turretless) and i wanted to name it turtless or somthing like that. ;D |

 sorry dude I cant help you there. I dont know a thing adout modding. I started using HMT and I was already having to re-install halo. Try askin Skelito or venom... on of the modders.

Ok, let me change the question. What program are you using that you want the name changed? Give an example of where you want the hogs named change.
In HMT, I believe unless you make a model, you can't change the names.
If you are skinning, just rename the .dds file to what you want.

I want to change the name of the hog in game hopfully using htm but if theres no other way unless you model please tell me somthing else i can use |

you need to use a hex editor, and edit the hexidecimal code, and i dont think you wanna be messing around with that stuff, thats 1337 modder territory.
