srry skelito, the whole map will eventually be changed. so im not doing a skins pack. scenery will be more like heaven and hell.

How do ypu make the those tires on fire. Hey that ryms. anyway I also want to know how you make it look like seethrought

I would imangine you do skinning with psp or photoshop.. and to make tires on fire theres a tutorial on Halomods.com..

Whats a meta swap? You can use meta for hogs..ghosts...weapons ect.. if u swap meata but its not as good as your own... With psp or ps you can make your on skin... and flaming tires is a meta swap...Maps, I posted a link to the tutorial

a meta swap is basically changing one form to another or taking effects from one object to another etc..but for the meta swapping to make the tires of the hog have flames is kinda easy if you know the tutorial made for it which dark demon has supplied above......but anyways all you need to do it switch the flamethrower meta which is in this part in HMT 3.5
weapons\flamethrower\effects\flame char and put that meta into the warthog effects in the same files for impact and that.

errr, i dont know for sure but i do know that [SDC]Blaine is in charge of changing the scenery. the spirit gulch beta version 0.3 is ready except for one problem. i didnt upload it yet. srry guys!!! i might upload it tommorow. again srry
