had two guys come in today, told them to go to skelito.com and watch the tutorial. After an hour saw them again and HELL if they weren't much better players. They had asked numerous times for me to show them myself, but i just insisted they watch it and they both said they learned a lot. Make me all fuzzy inside (or maybe that was that 2-day old burrito, either way it felt fuzzy).

One request though Skel, could you make the link on your homepage ("message board" link) more prominent? Or make it say "more info" or "tutorial" or something? The #1 response I get when i send people there is that they don't see it. And when i type "skelito.proboards42.com" they always make me repeat it 20 times before they get it... Telling them to skelito.com is sooo much easier, but they don't seem to know what to do once they get there...

I simply tell them too google Skelito's name and follow the links....

The last three times I used those instructions, the players returned within 15 mins and spent the next 30 mins OOH'ing and AAH'ing, and shooting hogs.....lol

That would have been me, if only the mod worked for macs. Sadly the world of Halo mods frowns upon us.

i played my first role in a movie. i was the medic and i quote "breathe, d#censored#n you, breathe!". i was also the person in the shee who dropped right into blue base. i was a minor character in a number of other scenes. that was an awesome tutorial hood. i wish it had been out when i started to play SDTM. #2cents# to you hood. ;D

thanks Skel. i had to do it twice before i got it right. unless i am in a modded server you will find me hitting stuff with a shee and a built in feuly. shees are my best vehicle. unless you count racing with hogs where i am one of the best drivers but cant gun worth a crap ;D. thanks hood for including me in several scenes of the movie. i hope this soon becomes the official tutorial for your mods skel.

We should all do a little show and have our voices for our characters. We could make like a little episode, kinda like RVB. Like in bloodgulch or if we all had halo ce we could do a halo 2 one.

The text is actually standard, but on a mac. I'm not sure why PC's show the text so small and white...

I use snapz pro for taking the videos, but if you're on a PC you'll need Fraps (fraps.com).
