the vid i WANT to make, but have no time

As soon as I heard about Skel's contest, I've wanted to make a video about what it's like playing with the people in skel's server(s). Not a promo vid, but a comedy about the people and the way we play.

Show skel's intolerance for afk's (in a funny way), show a few noobs and the stupid ways they react when they're first trying to figure out the mod, show scenes highlighting the little quirks of each of the long-time players we have here that everybody knows: skel, griff, cutter, OF, sling, Benz/Aero, Yanks, Bren... etc, all of it done in a funny way

Of course, it would be completely narrated, and would be somewhat similar to the RvsB episode where they first encounter the two teams playing CTF...

What's frustrating is that I've finally got the video card, but have no time to film this kinda stuff right now... I could create a shotlist and let someone do the filming for me, but it'd be a pain in the butt and they'd have to send me the raw video files on data dvd's... if anyone has NOTHING else to do with their life just let me know...

Or, if someone else wants to make a vid like this, please be my guest. I'd rather it be made by someone else than not at all.

I wish I could make videos....I have great ideas for some videos....but I don't have the technology and/or the programs to do this......

hood did u like read my mind??? this was my vid i even have the script to prove it, it was going to show the rules and it was gunna be narrated...lol...HOODS A MINDREADER!!!

lol, mine wasn't gonna show the rules, really, it was just gonna be a comedy based on the quirks of everybody here...

hey hood can me and aero be in the background yelling at the noobs for being weird and noobish or we can be chasing people with the tank and banshee and shooting at them.......but if this ever happens i think we should use one of aeros servers so we have enough space for the noobs and everyone else who would like to be in it.
and then for the noobs just have normal people on this forum go under different names and just ask noobish questions during the vid and go back to the regular name after that

I've got no problem with it, except that I'd never allow noobs in during filming. I'd use actors playing noobs instead. But it's a moot point, since i don't have time to film ANY of it...

he does have a life...he just doesnt play halo alot but every now and then i guess he will show up in the servers....ok back to topic..hood if you think anytime during the summer when everyone is off of school and everything you think we would do it then because i have sports and takes up ALOT of my time

tis true, i have no life. the problem is i have too much WORK right now... can't play halo like i'd like to. As soon as I can I'd definitely start shooting (well, that and when they finish porting Snapz Pro to the Intel macs). This summer maybe I'll get some more time.

I'm going through withdrawals... tremors, night sweats, irritability, inability to concentrate, restlessness, twitching. Well, it's either halo withdrawals or some wicked male PMS.

When i do film, though, count on it to be much higher quality now that i've got this new card... damn thing's going to waste...
