All the modded maps I'm playing with have the tinted windshields. I really like the no glare thing. But, because this is in the map file itself and not the skins, I just wanted to take a poll. Sure, why not? Be nice for something different and it doesn't really effect gameplay, so i'm good with it.

it looks to flat now. and it aint shiny, shiny = good. if it was tinted and shiny then yes, but from those pics normal looks better

I do like shiny yes....But sure do like the no glare thing now. The flat thing is just the angle of the picture. Actually with the tint, from the side, the hog looks bigger. Been testing this for some time now and know I will never switch back...  Sideview Screenie |

It would be better if it had sort of a shiny effect on it or make it so it has a kinda bloom/HDR effect when the sun shines on it.

Wouldn't the glare make it harder to see an enemy sitting in the passengers seat? If so, I'd say leave it, it gives us one more place to hide...

It's a disadvantage if your tinted. Kind of hard to see someone sitting in the seat with limo tint on the windshield. Without the tint, the glass is clear. The reason I'm sticking with the tint is because I hated the glare. You know me and how I like to fly over those hills. Well in those mid air trips, the windshield would turn WHITE, from the glare. Not anymore... |
