Sidewinder SDTM...

I have made a sidewinder SDTM... but I need some ideas on portals.. theres only one spot on the whole map that'll take you up high.. and its not that high either... any ideas? Greatly appericiated!

Ok I looked and you said theres a portal that takes you up top... yet I still haven't found a place to put a portal to go up top more less get on top... so howd you manage this? Screenshot?

lol, ive gotten so many messages just like this.
there are two "on the top"s. 1 is the middle top which is the part above the tunnel and 2 is the hills surrounding sidewinder. to get 2 #1, go onto the shade in the middle of map. get overshield. stand on shade seat. look down and jump and shoot. ur on top.

well actually skelito had made a SDTM for sidewinder already just check the download section and it might be there.

yes but he didnt add any teleports
mine has teleports, not cheap ones either

There are "cheap" teleporters?!?

Dang...never thought that there would come a day when teleporters were "cheap"...lol

I believe that "cheap" referred to portals that were very easy to get to.

Still, I am still thinking that although it is fun to go "up top", it still is unfair to the people who visit the server and don't know about it.

We have lost lots of players to anger, because someone is Spawn killing the heck out of them from up top.

I believe that there is only a few maps that an "up top" area is ok.......one is icefields, as the people on the top section are exposed to clear view, and can be shot easily once discovered, and secondly, Timberland.........because it too (with skels portal mines) is fun and a challenge for both the person up top to remain up top, and the people down the bottom to remove the sniper from up top!
