Just for the record, I have to point out that my measely 2.4:1 ratio in that game was solely because I was up against Templar the entire time, and MAN he made it hard. I joined after him, and although I slowly gained ground, he stayed ahead of me the entire game until he got disconnected (shortly after that picture was taken). THAT, my friends, was the hardest battle I've had to date on the servers. Mostly because after about an hour I was running out of tricks. We both tried everything we could to outdo one another, but that only lasts so long, and I found myself having to come up with new totally unorthodox things just to keep him on his toes. I would've posted it earlier, but i loved my 4.32:1 ratio too much...

Sorry, was gonna post the original thread from last year, but it looks like it got dropped... Here's how it went: I joined shortly after him, and we were both on the same team. He honorably switched teams (because he likes a challenge as much as I do), and went head-to-head. I was only 50 behind at first. As you can tell, Flash got the brunt of my attack... An hour later we're still going strong, but I've fallen back to 91 behind him. Everybody else had left and been replaced (there was some serious metal flying around), but I was doing a little better at keeping my team alive... Still head-to-head, toe-to-toe. I'm now 89 behind, but our teams have again abandoned us and fled. I'm not doing so well at keeping my team alive anymore (ungrateful curs), but I'm keeping my death ratio down... I dig in and really let em fly, climbing rapidly to just 8 behind him, and he's fighting me every step of the way, no breaks from this guy! As usual, everybody bugs out after dying like 30 times per minute... Templar turns it around and gives me a taste of my medicine, dropping me back to 17 behind. I pass 800 shortly after he does, and I've gained a lot of ground overall, but my work's still cut out for me. Cutegurl's looks didn't help her much this game... and then... Templar quit (the poor guy got an exception error). He rejoined, ticked off at what happened to him. He was around 830 at the time. He decided to stay for a while longer and keep up the battle, but within a few minutes mine crashed on me too, AAARRRGH! Still, it was an awesome battle, and one that I won't soon forget. I never knew Templar early on, but have come to know that he's at least as good at me. Haven't played him in a while, but I'll keep an eye out for ya buddy! I didn't even realize until recently, that he actually stars (although you never see him) in one of my earlier videos - "How I Spend my Time." At 3:10 in the video I toss a frag nade off the roof in Battle Creek and get a perfect hit on the poor guy. #rock#

how many hours did this last? also, where would "how i spend my time" be? If I had to guess, I'd say it was around four or five hours. If we hadn't been head-to-head our ratios would've been insanely great, but that wouldn't have been nearly as much fun! The "How I spend my time" video can be found streaming online here (edited)

does hood have this much time on his hands? Oh please, one can never be too busy to repeatedly bash a few dead grunts... Just for the record, I do occasionally play the game solo to practice skills. I'll get up top on Danger Canyon and practice driving over rough terrain, practice hogapulting on BG, and practice nading odd targets. If you want some real fun, play the campaign again and instead of shooting focus on bashing and running over targets in the hog. Not only do you learn some good driving but you get way better in your on-foot maneuvering... Oh, and sorry about the mixup, correct vid now linked.
