nope slngdshot, it isnt problem Can you give us more details. Whats it doing? Can you bring up rcon in the game? Does the commands work in your console? If you copied and pasted what Slingshot wrote above, you should be good to go! Is Halo in this directory? [EDIT]G. Using RCon By default RCon (remote connection) to a server is disabled. To enable it, you must specify an RCon password. You do this using the following console command: sv_rcon_password password Once RCon is enabled on a server, any client can send it commands using the following console command: rcon password command argument password is the RCon password to the server the client is connected to. command is one of the server console commands (see Console Commands below). argument is the argument to the server console command.

isn't there a key you hold down at program launch to bring up a panel on which you can choose "enable console"? That's how easy it is on the mac, we just hold down COMMAND when starting halo.

It's public policing, when all we really need is PMs mentioning the thread in question, asking them to delete the offending post... I'll delete this reply after you slam your gavel

They help guide the newer members in the right direction. You might want to look at it like this. "It's their forum and they want it to run smoothly." As far as sending PM's, well...don't think so. I would be wasting alot of time sending messages to members that probably don't have notify turned on. Anyways.....the question I believe was....how to ban. Not sure if it got answered, but time to lock this thread up! Night! Night!
