Aimbot Accusation, What do you guys think.

I didn't make this video, and I won't disclose the name of the person who did, and for those of you that do know this information, keep it to yourselves please.

This Video was made in the ghc Ratios server. The Video is short so just tell me what you think. Also keep in mind the person being accused is from the Netherlands and lag is a bit of a factor.

Well if you ask me yes I can see twitching. On at least two occasions. My brother saw it for himself and agrees with me.

When there is lag people seem to twitch. I've seen it first hand. Also, the vid didnt have a consistent frame rate, since it just skips parts.
In order to disregard the lag the vid should have showed the scores list to see the persons lag/ping. If any one has seen players warping even when there is no apparent lag you know what I'm talking about, things appear to be something its really not, you just gotta put some thought into it and consider all the possible factors, otherwise a good and innocent player will be banned for nothing....

another point is that if i rember right aimbot will not lock on to members of your own team which from what i saw in the vid he was jumping from person to person own team and the other team and it has been brought up in the past if you have a fast mouse and internet connection you can move faster than the rest of the people in the game but with no screens of the ping one can not know for sure and you never know he might have been on the server itself and that alone would give him lower ping thus it would appear that he is jerky or snapping to a target.

I don't know if I am suppose to post here, rules were read and this is a gray area, but here goes.....
If you have have ever raced with someone with lag, you can see a hog jump halfway across the map. The movement I saw looked just like that, not an aimbot, which I have seen in other slayer servers.

I believe there is no Ping latency / twitches with the video, at the same time as when he twitches. Therefor yes I can say he is botting at a chance of 9/10.

I downloaded the high definition version already.
Watched it about 10-15 times plus 20 times for each sections where he is botting. Also view by my brother who has education in botting and we both agree that there is a most likely chance of botting.
