Skelito has modded the pistol dude, and you can make headshots from one side of Blood Gulch to the other.....

Try going to the download area and downloading mod8.

dude. the pistols are accurate as they could possibly be, if you wanna shoot someone from red to blue base, use ur rifle, more accurate and more powerful.

If you master the use of them you will be able to rack up quite a good kill/death ratio!!

The pistols are stronger than normal, and basically are one shot kill!

yeah i like the pistol ;D
but when ur at the very back at the red base cliff in blood gultch the shots are off target
they miss most of the times and by the time u kill him
some guy would have seen me there was a guy there and shoot me down

Hmm, Sniper Guy, couldn't it just be that you're not aiming right? (JK) Well, as everybody said, the pistols are very useful. You can hide around enemy bases without being noticed.

Yeh, i understand what you mean SLNGSHOT. But if its a distance i prefer the sniper because, most of the SDTM8 servers seem to have a higher ping for me, so it is much harder for me to shoot them with a pistol. Do you know any programs that reduce the ping for any server ?

also, to the person that made this thread: shooting across blood gulch with the pistol usually isnt the smartest/most effective way to kill someone. but if you have to, take one shot at a time. dont hold the mouse button down, that makes the shots go wide. if you need any more pistol help, old fart is definetly who you oughta talk to

The pistol is the only weapon in the game that scares me. I guess thats reason why the muzzle flash is still there. Basically the pistol is the sniper of this mod.

I haven't seen a problem with accuracy! Head over to the video section and watch the promo. There were a few funny headshots I believe you can see....LOL!

And yes its true.... Give Old Fart that pistol and people are going to die.
