It's something about a Halo dev bet his fellow employees that he could win by 20 or more points, and if he did not, he would owe everyone a steak dinner.

OMG! im posting something!

anywho, i finished it on easy in about 5 hours, then did legendary casually over 2-3 days while collecting all 13 skulls. Nothing special, plot was dumbed down and went past way too fast. I was suprised how you all thought it was so great O.o

It probably would of been great if it didnt all happen so fast. The most fun bits were hunting for skulls and the theater. Legendary was way too easy. I died alot i admit, but its nothing compared to legendary on halo 2. And i did it alone. If you do it in co-op with 4 people its gonna get even easier.

I havnt played multiplayer, doubt i will, if i do i wont be talking cus i dont know where my headset is.

Well I just beat Halo 3 in Legendary and I have to say that's one of the best endings to any games...ever...ever...

They left a cliffhanger on a game that isnt going to have a sequal, how is that good? Of course the story line is still gonna carry on in other games or maybe another novel but its not a good way to end a trilogy if you ask me, and im a halo storyline fanboy/nerd/geek. i often enjoy enlightening people on extra info about the depth of the storylines with info from the novels but this game was rushed too much, there is little to no depth to it.

LOL, I've been wondering that all this time. You'd think Bungie would have fixed that problem after its what........................ 2nd and last update. Halo 1 for pc, has to be the only game I've ever played with NOT enough updates. I mean Source, and most other games have WAY to many updates, and Halo, one of the most popular games of its time, couldn't bother updating the game.... Just seems stupid to me.

I could be wrong but how many updates did Halo PC Have?

Halo 1 on the PC was a port by gearbox software, the net coding has little/nothing to do with bungie. Another company did the port for the mac.
